Sound familiar?

The game is almost ready. The sign-ups aren’t.

  • Every devlog post ends in a pile of “can I get a key?” replies you’ll never get through.
  • Beta sign-ups sit in a form export with no idea who plays on what.
  • You have a handful of tester slots and no fair way to choose who gets them.
  • By release day, half the people who were hyped have forgotten your game’s name.
How it works

From first trailer to first playtest.

  1. 01

    Make your game’s page

Key art or a screenshot, a two-line pitch, and the questions you care about: platform, favourite genres, how much they play.
  2. 02

    Post the link everywhere

In your devlog, under the trailer, in your bio, and as a QR code on the table at your next games fair.
  3. 03

    Pick who plays first

In sign-up order or by fair lottery. Every player gets a personal status page that shows where they stand.
  4. 04

    Open the doors in waves

Tap “Offer 50 spots”. The next players get an email and 48 hours to accept. Whoever accepts is in, and you send them the build.
Made for game launches

Everything a beta sign-up needs.

  • Playtest questions

Platform, controller or keyboard, hours per week: tap-to-choose answers, so you can filter the list later.

  • Fair lottery

A random order fixed the moment people join. Refreshing faster doesn’t help, and nobody can game it.

  • Waves you can handle

Let in 20 testers or 200. Offers last 24, 48 or 72 hours, and spots nobody claims go to the next group with one tap.

  • A status page per player

Everyone sees whether they’re waiting, in the draw or in, without asking you in the comments.

  • Launch-day email

Release date, new trailer, beta is live: one email to everyone waiting or everyone in. Replies land in your inbox.

  • Your game’s look

Eight page styles plus your own colour, font and corners, so the page feels like part of the game.

Questions

What game devs ask us.

Set up your game waitlist for free →

Can I use it for a closed beta or a playtest?

Yes. Make one waitlist per playtest, ask the questions you need, and let players in when you’re ready. Players who accept are in; everyone else keeps their place for the next wave.

How do testers get the build or their key?

You send it yourself, the way you already hand out access. Waitlisted tells people they’re in. Then you email everyone in at once with the download link or reply to each person with their key.

Do players need an account?

No. They enter their email and answer your questions. Players get their status page as a link, so there's nothing to install and no password to set.

How does the lottery work?

Each player gets a random place the moment they join. It stays hidden until you run the draw, then everyone sees where they landed. Refreshing faster changes nothing.

Can I announce the release to everyone on the list?

Yes. Write one message to everyone waiting, everyone in, or everyone at all. Each email carries the player’s own status link, and replies come straight to you.

How much does it cost?

Building your page is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and players and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Players never pay.

Your players are waiting. Give them a place to sign up.
