What goes wrong

Most waitlists fail quietly.

  • The tool needs a week of setup before the first person can join.
  • People have to create an account just to get in line, and half of them don’t.
  • Nobody can see where they stand, so they write to you instead.
  • The features you need sit in a higher tier, priced per seat or per contact.
What to look for

Four questions to ask any waitlist software.

  1. 01

    Can people join in seconds?

Here they enter an email and answer your questions. No account, no app, no password.
  2. 02

    Do they see their place?

Everyone gets a personal status page by email. The number updates as the line moves.
  3. 03

Is the order fair and clear?

First come, first served, or a lottery fixed when people join. One rule per list, visible to all.
  4. 04

    Is filling a place quick?

Tap “Offer 1 spot”. The next person gets a timed offer for 24, 48 or 72 hours to accept or pass.
Waitlist management

Everything to run the list, nothing to configure.

  • One list, every answer

See who joined and what they answered. Filter by status or answer, sort, export to CSV.

  • Timed offers

Choose 24, 48 or 72 hours. If an offer runs out, offer the place to the next person with one tap.

  • Messages to the list

Write to everyone waiting, everyone offered, everyone in, or one person. Replies reach your inbox.

  • As many lists as you need

One waitlist per desk type, course or group, each with its own link and QR code.

  • Your own page

Eight styles, your colour, font and corners, a cover photo and extra text blocks.

  • One plan

Every feature, unlimited waitlists and people. No tiers, no per-seat pricing.

What is waitlist software?

A tool that collects people who are waiting for a place, keeps them in a fair order and lets you offer places when they open. A digital waitlist replaces the paper list, the inbox folder and the spreadsheet.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. You build the page on your phone, add your questions and go live. There’s nothing to install and nothing to connect.

Do the people on my list need an account?

No. They join with their email and get a link to their own status page. That’s also how they accept or pass an offer.

Why is it so simple?

On purpose. Most waitlists need the same few things: a good page, a fair order, a clear place for everyone and a quick way to fill a spot. We built those well and left the rest out.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export the list to CSV at any time, filtered or complete, and open it in any spreadsheet program.

How much does it cost?

Building is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with every feature, unlimited waitlists and people, and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). More emails are billed by usage. People joining never pay.
