Does it work for ballet and kids’ classes?

Yes. Parents sign up their child with their own email and answer your questions, such as age or previous classes. They see their child’s place in line on a status page.

How do I handle couples’ classes?

Add a question like “Coming with a partner?” with tap-to-choose answers. In the list you can filter by that answer, so you see who signed up as a pair and who is looking for one.

Do dancers need an account or an app?

No. Dancers fill in your page with their email and your questions. The status page arrives as a link: no app to install, no password.

Someone drops out mid-term. What then?

Tap “Offer 1 spot”. The next dancer gets an email with a timed offer of 24, 48 or 72 hours. If they don’t answer in time, the offer expires and you pass the spot on with one tap.

Can I write to everyone waiting when the new term opens?

Yes. Send one email to everyone waiting, or only to one class. Each email includes the person’s own status link, and replies go straight to your inbox.

How much does it cost?

Setting up and building your pages is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited classes, unlimited dancers and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Dancers never pay.
