Yes. Make a membership waitlist, and when you have room for new members, offer as many spots as you want at once. Each person gets a timed offer by email. Sign-up and payment then happen in your own system.
Can we collect sign-ups before a new studio opens?
Yes. Open a waitlist as soon as you announce the location. Everyone sees they’re on the list, and on opening day you email them all at once, or offer the first places in order.
Does it book single classes?
No. Waitlisted is for places people wait for: small groups, courses, memberships, openings. It doesn’t replace your booking app or take payments.
Do people need an account or an app?
No. Members fill in your page with their email and your questions. The status page reaches them as a link, with no app to install and no password.
What happens if someone doesn’t take their spot?
Offers last 24, 48 or 72 hours, you choose. If nobody answers in time, the offer expires and you offer the spot to the next person with one tap.
How much does it cost?
Setting up and building your pages is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and people and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Joining is always free.
