The waitlist for your restaurant opening.
People hear about you before the first service. Let them join a waitlist with one link, tell them the date with one email, and hand out the first seats in a fair order: first come, or a draw.

The buzz comes before the tables.
- People ask in the comments when you open, and you have no way to tell them all at once.
- Opening week goes to whoever happens to see the post first, often friends of friends.
- A supper club with twelve seats gets far more messages than seats, and you answer each one by hand.
- Someone cancels the night before and the seat stays empty because nobody knew it was free.
From first rumour to a full table.

Is this a table reservation system?
No. Waitlisted takes no reservations and no payments, and it isn’t made for the queue at the door on a busy night. It’s for the time before: collecting interest, announcing the date and deciding fairly who gets the first or freed-up seats. The booking itself stays with you.
How do I tell everyone when we open?
Write one email to everyone on the list. It arrives with their personal status link, and any replies go to your own inbox.
Should I use first come or a draw?
For a hyped opening or a tiny supper club, a draw is fairer: the order is random and fixed when people join, so there’s no point in camping on your profile. For a slow build-up, first come, first served is simple.
Can guests ask for a table for four?
Add a question for party size, as buttons or a dropdown. You’ll see every answer in the list and can filter by it. Each sign-up is one entry, and you confirm the details when you book them.
We do a supper club every month. One list or many?
Both work. Keep one list and email everyone when a new date is set, or make one waitlist per date with its own link and QR code.
How much does it cost?
Building your page is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and guests and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Guests never pay.
