A beta waitlist that opens at your pace.
Early access sign-ups with the questions that tell you who’s behind each email. Testers see where they stand. You let in the next wave when the product, and your inbox, are ready for it.

- Private beta
- For
- Teams 2–20
- Runs on
- Web & Mac
- Access
- In waves
Your beta list is long. It’s also anonymous.
- The “get early access” form collected hundreds of addresses and nothing about who owns them.
- You let everyone in at once and spent the next week answering support tickets.
- People who signed up in spring hear nothing until autumn, and by then they don’t open your email.
- Testers keep writing to ask if they’re getting in, and you have no honest answer to give.
From sign-up form to real testers.
- 01
Describe the beta
What you’re building, who it’s for, and up to six questions: role, team size, the tool they use today. - 02
Point every button at it
Link your site’s “Get early access” button, your launch post and your newsletter to the same page. - 03
Testers see their place
Each sign-up gets a status page with their place in line, so “am I in yet?” answers itself. - 04
Open a wave
Tap “Offer 25 spots”. The next people get 72 hours to accept. Once they accept, you send their invite.
Everything an early access list needs.
Questions that qualify
Role, company size, current tool, use case. Short text, a dropdown or buttons to tap, required or optional.
Waves, not floodgates
Decide how many people come in and when. Offers expire after 24, 48 or 72 hours if nobody answers.
Filter by answer
See only agencies, only teams over ten, only people coming from one tool. Sort and export to CSV.
Status pages that update
Testers watch their place move as the line goes forward. No account, no password.
Email by status
Changelog for everyone in, a heads-up for everyone waiting, a personal note to one tester. Replies come to you.
One list per beta
A waitlist per product, plan or platform, each with its own link and its own order.
One plan. Everything in it.

Set up and build your page for free. You only pay when it goes live. People waiting never pay.
How do testers get access once they’re in?
You send the invite, login or link yourself. Waitlisted handles the waiting and the offer; when someone accepts, they’re marked as in and you can email everyone in at once with how to get started.
Can I choose which kind of tester gets in first?
Offers go to the next people in line, in sign-up order or by lottery. To open a wave for one group, such as one platform or one plan, give that group its own waitlist and offer spots there.
What if someone doesn’t accept their offer?
The offer expires after the time you set: 24, 48 or 72 hours. You then offer the free spot to the next person in line with one tap.
Can I put the sign-up on my own website?
Link to it. Your “Get early access” button opens your Waitlisted page, which carries your colours, font and copy.
Do testers need to create an account?
No. An email address and your questions are all it takes. Their status page arrives by link.
How much does it cost?
Setting up is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and sign-ups and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Testers never pay.
