Can several teams use it?
Yes. Make one waitlist per team, age group or sport. Each has its own page, link and QR code, and you see all of them in one place.
Do families need an account or an app?
No. They fill in your page with an email address and your questions. Their status page comes by link, with nothing to install and no password.
What happens when a player leaves the team?
You tap “Offer 1 spot”. The next family on the list gets an email and a set time, 24, 48 or 72 hours, to accept or pass. If they don’t answer, the offer expires and you offer the place to the next family with one tap.
We open a new team and everyone signs up at once. Is that fair?
Use the lottery. Each sign-up gets a random place that is fixed when they join, and it becomes visible when you run the draw. Being first online doesn’t matter.
Can our coaches see the list?
Export the list to CSV and send it to them. Every waitlist lives in one account, so the club office or the youth leader keeps it.
How much does it cost?
Setting up and building your pages is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year for the whole club, with unlimited waitlists and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Families never pay.
