The membership waitlist for places worth waiting for.
When every membership is taken, the waiting list becomes part of the club. Applicants tell you who they are, see their place in line and get a timed offer when someone leaves. You stop answering “any space yet?” by hand.

Being full is the easy part.
- Your “we’re full” post still gets a dozen messages a week asking how to get in.
- The waiting list lives in someone’s inbox, and nobody else can tell who asked first.
- When a member leaves, you dig through old emails to find out who was next and whether they’re still interested.
- People who applied months ago have no idea if they’re any closer, so they ask again, or give up.
From “we’re full” to a fair next place.
- 01
Describe the membership
What it is, where, how many members, and what you want to know: what they do, how they found you, which plan they’re after. - 02
Share the link instead of replying
Pin it to your profile, put it on the website, print the QR code for the front desk. Every enquiry gets the same answer. - 03
Applicants see their place
Everyone gets a status page with their number in line. It moves forward on its own as places go out. - 04
Offer the place that opened
Tap “Offer 1 spot”. The next person gets 72 hours to accept or pass. If they don’t answer, you offer it to the one after with one tap.
Everything a members’ waitlist needs.
Questions that introduce people
What they do, how they’d use the space, how they heard about you. Read every answer before you offer a place.
A place in line for everyone
Sign-up order, visible to each applicant on their own page. Nobody wonders whether they’ve been forgotten.
Timed offers
24, 48 or 72 hours to say yes. Declined or expired offers free the place, ready to offer to the next person.
One list per tier
Separate waitlists for fixed desks and flexible desks, or for full and weekend membership, each with its own link.
Write to the whole list
New intake date, open evening, a waitlist update: one email to everyone waiting, with replies to you.
Close the list when it’s too long
Close the waitlist and new sign-ups stop. Everyone already waiting keeps their place.
One plan. Everything in it.

Does this work for coworking spaces?
Yes. Make one waitlist per desk type or plan. When a desk frees up, offer it to the next person on that list and they accept from their email.
Can I get to know applicants before offering a place?
You see every answer in one list, filter by any answer and export to CSV. Places are offered in the order you’ve chosen, so the line stays fair and easy to explain.
We’re a club with an intake freeze. Is that a fit?
That’s exactly the case. Put the waitlist link where the “no new members” notice was. When places open, offer them to the next people in line.
What happens if someone doesn’t want the place anymore?
They pass, or the offer runs out after the time you set. Then you offer the place to the next person with one tap. Nobody has to be chased by phone.
Can I close the waitlist when it gets too long?
Yes. Close it and the page stops taking new sign-ups, while everyone already on it keeps their place and status page.
How much does it cost?
Setting up is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and applicants and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Applicants never pay.
Stay full, without the list in your inbox.
