Can I use Waitlisted as a restock waitlist?
Yes. Make a page for the sold-out product and leave it open. Everyone who signs up is on the list, and when the new batch arrives you write to all of them with one email.
Does the restock email go out by itself?
No, you send it when the stock is really there. That way nobody gets a “back in stock” email for a product that isn’t on the shelf yet. It takes one message to reach the whole list.
Can I ask about skin type or shade?
Yes. Add up to six questions as dropdowns, short text or tap-to-choose buttons. You see every answer in the list and can filter by it.
Do customers buy through Waitlisted?
No. Waitlisted holds the list and sends the emails. Customers buy in your own shop, through the link you put in your message.
Can the page be in German?
Yes. Each waitlist runs in English or German: the page, the status page and every email.
