Who is Waitlisted for?
Independent daycares and nurseries, parent-run groups and childminders who keep their own waiting list. It doesn’t replace a city or council allocation system: if places in your area are handed out centrally, keep using that.
We don’t give places strictly by date. Does that work?
Waitlisted keeps one order: sign-up order, or a lottery. If you weigh other things too, use the answers and filters to see which families fit a free spot, and write to a family directly from the list. The offer button always goes to the next family in line.
Can parents sign up before the baby is born?
Yes. Ask for a due date or desired start date as a question. Parents only need an email address.
How do I find out who still needs a place?
Send one email to everyone waiting and ask. Each family gets their own status link with it, and their replies come straight to your inbox.
Does it handle contracts, fees or registration?
No. Waitlisted runs the waiting list and the offers. Once a family accepts, you sort out the contract and everything else the way you always do.
How much does it cost?
Building your page is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and families and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Families never pay.
