No. It keeps the line fair and sends the offer. When a family accepts, you send them the time, the place and anything else they need, the way you already do.
What happens when someone cancels last minute?
Tap “Offer 1 spot” with a 24-hour offer. The next family gets an email and can accept straight away. If they don’t answer, offer it to the next one with another tap.
Can I run a waitlist for each season?
Yes, as many as you like. One for spring minis, one for Christmas, one for newborn sessions, each with its own link and QR code.
Can I tell my waiting families about new dates first?
