Is this for drop-in classes or courses?

For anything with a fixed number of places that people wait for: course series, reformer groups, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. It doesn’t book single drop-in classes or take payments.

Our yoga teacher training sells out in a day. How do we keep it fair?

Open a waitlist early and use the lottery. Everyone who signs up gets a random place that is fixed when they join, and you make it visible when you run the draw. Then you offer places in that order.

Does it work for pilates as well as yoga?

Yes. Mat pilates, reformer groups or private sessions with a waiting list: one waitlist per group, each with its own questions.

Do students need an account or an app?

No. Students add their email address and answer your questions on your page. Their status page is a simple link: nothing to install, no password.

What happens when a mat frees up?

Tap “Offer 1 spot”. The next student gets an email with a timed offer of 24, 48 or 72 hours. If they don’t answer in time, the offer expires and you pass it on with one tap.

How much does it cost?

Setting up and building your pages is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Students never pay.
