Sound familiar?

Every raffle gets called a fix.

  • Instagram comment raffles nobody can check, picked by someone scrolling at midnight.
  • The comments say the same accounts win every time, and you can’t prove otherwise.
  • Form entries in a spreadsheet, duplicates and all, sorted by hand before the draw.
  • Winners who never pay up, while the pair sits in the back and you chase them.
How it works

From entry to pair, by the book.

  1. 01

    Set up the raffle page

Model, colourway, draw time and how long winners have to buy. Ask for shoe size with tap-to-choose buttons.
  2. 02

    Open entries with one link

Link in bio, in your stories, in your channel. A printed QR code on the counter for people in store.
  3. 03

    Every entry gets its place

The random order is set the moment someone enters. Their status page says they’re in the draw, nothing more until you draw.
  4. 04

    Draw and offer the pairs

Run the draw, then offer the pairs in rounds of up to 50: each entrant gets 24 hours to buy in your shop. A pair nobody claims goes to the next entrant with one tap.
Made for sneaker releases

Everything a fair raffle needs.

  • Order fixed at entry

Not shuffled on draw night, not picked by hand. Once someone has entered, nobody can move them, you included.

  • One email, one entry

The same email address can’t enter twice, so nobody stacks the odds with a second sign-up under one address.

  • A status page for everyone

Every entrant sees they’re in the draw, and their place once you’ve drawn. It updates by itself.

  • Timed offers for winners

24, 48 or 72 hours to accept or pass. Time ran out? Offer the pair to the next entrant with one tap.

  • Sizes in one list

Every entry with its size. Filter, sort and export to CSV to match pairs to people.

  • QR code for the counter

Print it for the shop window or the till. People scan in store and they’re in the same draw as everyone online.

How does a raffle on Waitlisted work?

You make a page for the release and share the link. Everyone who enters gets a random place, fixed at that moment. When entries close you run the draw, and the first in line get an email with a timed offer to buy.

What makes the draw fair?

The order is set by chance when people enter, not when you draw, and it can’t be changed afterwards. Entering early or late makes no difference, and you can’t hand-pick winners either.

Can people enter more than once?

Not with the same email address: one email, one entry. Waitlisted doesn’t detect bots or people using several addresses, so state your own rules on the page and check the list before you offer.

Do winners pay through Waitlisted?

No. Winners accept the offer, and the sale happens in your own shop or in store. Waitlisted runs the entries, the draw and the emails.

What if a winner doesn’t answer?

Their offer expires after the time you set. You then offer the pair to the next entrant in the draw order with one tap.

Do entrants need an account or an app?

No. They enter with their email and their size. Their status page comes as a link, no password and nothing to install.

How much does it cost?

Setting up is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited raffles and entrants and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). Entering never costs anything.
