The waitlist for events that sold out.
When the last ticket is gone, guests join your waitlist with one link and see their place. Someone can’t make it? You offer that place to the next person, with a deadline. They get the ticket from you, the way they would have anyway.

- Sold out
Sold out is where the work starts.
- Under the sold-out post, dozens of comments ask if anyone has a ticket to spare.
- Returned tickets go to whoever happens to check the shop at the right second.
- Your inbox fills with “please put me on the list”, and there is no list.
- Two days before the show, you have free places and no quick way to reach the people who wanted them.
From sold out to every place taken.
- 01
Make a page for the event
Date, doors, venue and a photo. Add a question or two, like which show they want or how they heard about it. - 02
Post the link where the tickets were
On the sold-out ticket page, in your stories, in the newsletter, or as a QR code on the poster. - 03
Guests see their place
Everyone gets an email with a status page. No more “am I on the list?” messages. - 04
Offer places as they come back
Tap “Offer 3 spots”. The next three get 24, 48 or 72 hours to accept. You send the ticket or registration to whoever says yes.
A fair second chance for your guests.
First come or a lottery
Queue people by sign-up, or run a draw: a random order fixed at sign-up, revealed when you run it.
Offers with a deadline
Close to the date? Give 24 hours. Weeks to go? 72. An unanswered offer expires and you offer the place to the next person.
One list per show
Friday and Saturday, early and late show, each city on a tour: as many waitlists as you need.
Email everyone at once
Extra show added, set times out, venue moved: one email to everyone waiting, with their own status link.
QR code for posters
Download it as a PNG and print it on flyers or the sold-out sign at the door.
Your event’s look
Eight styles, plus your own colour, font and corners. The page looks like your poster, not like a form.

Does Waitlisted sell tickets?
No. Waitlisted decides who gets the next free place and tells them. You issue the ticket or registration yourself, through your shop, your ticketing tool or a guest list.
How do returned tickets reach the waitlist?
When a ticket comes back, you tap “Offer 1 spot”. The next person gets an email with a timed offer. Once they accept, you see it in your list and send them the ticket.
What if someone doesn’t answer in time?
The offer expires. You offer the place to the next person in line with one tap, so nobody holds a ticket they don’t want.
Can I use a lottery instead of first come, first served?
Yes. With a lottery, the order is random and fixed when people join, so signing up at midnight gives no advantage. Everyone sees “in the draw” until you run it.
Can I tell everyone waiting about an extra date?
Yes. Write one email to everyone waiting, or to everyone you’ve offered a place to. Each message carries the person’s own status link, and replies go to your inbox.
How much does it cost?
Building your page is free. Going live costs €9.99 a month or €99 a year, with unlimited waitlists and people and 5,000 announcement emails a month included (sign-up and spot emails always included). More emails are billed by usage. Guests never pay.
The next sold-out show, without the DMs.
